Role: Business Change and transformation Manager

Rate: Negotiable

Based in London (with worldwide travel)

Contract: 1-2year

My client are a market leader in Travel and leisure and are looking for a fast paced change and transformation manager focusing on the people aspects side of change. This is based inLondonwith occasional travel overseas. The candidate will have previous experience within in a senior level HR role in a global organisation.

Understanding and knowledge of working with a Target operating model is an essential requirement for this position.

The Business Change and transformation Manager will have excellent operational and strategic planning skills and have project management capabilities.

Additionally the Business Change and transformation Manager will be approachable and pragmatic and be an effective communicator .You will possess previous knowledge of cross boarder business change and transformation and have had previous experience in working with offshore stakeholders.
