Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager - £75k -London
My client an international law firm is seeking a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join the HR team at theLondonoffice in a high profile, high impact role. They are also keen to hear from generalist candidates with a strong interest in diversity and inclusion.
Diversity is high on the agenda for this organisation and the purpose of the role is to lead on development and implementation on key diversity activities, working closely with senior stakeholders across the firm. This is a permanent position, based in the city ofLondonand paying £75k per annum.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure diversity principles are embedded across the function
- Lead on the development and implementation of key diversity initiatives.
- Supporting the business to design and implement their own diversity activities
- Develop internal engagement programmes
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments in diversity thinking
- Representing the organisation externally
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Previous experience working within professional services/ banking/ corporate background
- Highly organised and able to cope with pressure
- Strong written and oral communication skills
