Role: Associate Director of Governance
Rate: £450 - £550 per day (depending on experience)
Length: 3 - 6 months
Location: South East
Type: NHS Contract
My client, an NHS trust based in the South East of England are looking for an interim Associate Director of Governance for a period of 3 months with the potential to run for 6.
The trust are looking for a band 8c Associate Director of Governance for a period of transition, whilst the trust re-structure their Governance and Risk Management departments.
You will be required to manage the following workstreams;
- Risk Management
- Incident Management
- Serious untoward and adverse Incidents
- Complaints
- Health & Safety
- Clinical Performance and Improvement
- Supporting trust Governance arrangements
- Corporate Governance
In order to be successful in your application for this role you must have:
- Minimum 5 years NHS Management experience
- Worked at Director level
- Managed the workstreams above in the NHS
- Preferably have a clinical background
