Group Reward Analyst 40-45k - Global insurance company - City of London
A leading insurance firm based in the City is currently looking for a Reward Analyst to join their global function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Reward Analyst to step into a more strategic position, building relationships and acting as an advisor on international Reward issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Interact with the top 200 Executives of the business, maximising their Reward packages
- Proactively analyse policies and advise internationally on Reward issues
- Play a key part in the delivery and improvement of all Reward processes on a global scale
- Provide reports and support presentations for Remco
Essential criteria:
- Degree qualified
- Experience with salary surveys - e.g. MacLagen, Towers Watson etc
- Ability to work on an advisory basis with senior stakeholders
- Experience in data analysis and presentation, ability to concisely draft documents
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
