Channel Manager- Software Solutions - £45-55k + car + OTE
My client one of the top MS dynamics resellers in theUKare seeking a Channel Sales Manager, initially for theUKand eventually expanding their remit into the commonwealth countries.
This is a great opportunity to get involved with a rapidly growing company and be a major contributor to its success. Compensation includes base salary plus car allowance and commissions.
This position is directly responsible for developing a channel strategic plan, recruiting and managing a select number of channel partners to support the growth of the company's product lines. You will be managing and developing new partnerships through the Microsoft Dynamics resellers and driving opportunities with the partners to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
First years target is circa £0.5 million revenue as this is a brand new role, 2nd year target will be around the £1million revenue mark.
- 5+ years experience recruiting, training and managing resellers, consulting firms and SIs;
- Experience in software channel sales required
- Ideally experience with the MS dynamics portfolio of products
- Prior experience in channel management with a quota and commission structured environment is required;
- Demonstrated ability to articulate both the business value and technical benefits of products
- Excellent communication and presentation and demo skills
- Consistently ranked as one of the top performers in sales experience
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and results-focused
- Met or exceeded quota for last three selling years
- 25% - 50% Travel Required
