An excellent opportunity has arisen for a data warehouse support analyst to join a growing retail bank based in Manchester. This Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the banks Oracle/Teradata data warehouse and be responsible for co-ordinating with off-shore teams, they will be responsible for:
This is a permenent role based in Manchester with a competitive salary
*Provide release and go-live support for the Teradata data warehouse.
*Responsible for database incident management and high level technical troubleshooting.
*Be a point of contact for the off-shore teams and maintaining high levels of service delivery.
*Understanding the data within the database and ensuring it is in line with the technical roadmaps.
*Support the Lead Support Manager with various duties including the technical direction of the team and overall offering to their clients.
