The are initial looking for a Senior Analyst - for a well establish loyalty program the individual must have a proven track record in analytics particularly in the SKU analytics. The Senior analyst is required to have a proven track record in transferring actionable insight in high impact recommendation.

Building propensity/ customer segmentation models.
3 years experience in customer data.
Salary £37,000- £40,000

The second position for a lead analyst - The lead analyst must have experience in the main technical stages of the segmentation process, including data preparation, analysis, statistical modelling and profiling. The lead analyst will also be in charge of re- design existing models.

Experience of work ing in an FMCG
Experience and understanding of statistical/analytical techniques such as regression, CHAID and clustering.
