1st /2nd Line Support Engineer - Infrastrcuture, VMWare, Networking, Security, WAN, LAN - Shropshire - £30k

I have a fantastic opportunity working for a telecoms company based in Shropshire. As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing 24/7 services to support customers across networking, infrastructure and unified communication technologies.

You will work as part of a team and perform deities as a shift lead by advising, supporting and directing other team members to ensure all SLA's are met and customer satisfaction. You will also look at the management of information related to customer incidents and manages this through to resolution via effective communication.

Technical Skills Required:

- 2 years+ experience working in an IT services or networking support environment. At least 1 years within a 24/7 x 365 environment.

- Experience in a customer facing environment and working with 3rd parties

- Technical knowledge and exposure to networking, server/desktop support.
