I am looking for an experienced Programme Manager for an Oracle R12 re-implementation project- £1m+ budget
You will need to have strong technical understanding of Oracle, and must have experience of managing complex programmes, at least 2 large
scale oracle implementations or re-implementation projects experience.
As the Oracle Program Manager, you will be given the full ownership of the functional design, project setup, governance, configuration, UAT
Phases as well as business process delivery including implementation and full integration

The following skills are essential for the Programme Manager to have
Extensive experience of consulting with Oracle ERP
Experience of delivering complex programmes
Budget management over £1m
Working in an onshore/offshore based project
Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies
Knowledge and experience of process and systems change in a project management role
Other nice to have skills include, Oracle R12 re-implementation experience, as well as experience of
process re-engineering, with practical application of standard methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma
Good level of interpersonal skills, negotiation, commercial/technical astuteness and judgment.
This is a 12 month project starting ASAP
