Manager/ Senior Manager Change And Transformation
Change or Transformation Managers/ Senior Managers are required for risk and controls advice to a Tier 1 banks on going Change projects. Within this organisation, there are in excess of 200 assignments that need assurance.
Change or Transformation projects candidates with the following skill sets will be prioritised:
There are some huge projects which is seeing the who banking group transforming, which the successful candidate will have full exposure to - one example is a migration of a portfolio of £175bln, which incorporates millions of customers.
Travel - very low

The role of the successful candidate is to oversee the Change or Transformation Management teams and projects, and provide advice on risks/ controls that would be faced by the business. This exposure covers the whole of the banking group, and will carve out a number of different career opportunities within Group Audit or within the business. The role of a Manager will be very hands on in the planning, field work and reporting, whilst the Senior Manager will be more involved in the delivery and relationship management of the senior business heads.
I am looking for high achieving Change specialists that are fully qualified ACA, ACCA, Prince2, AMPG, DICM; these would ideally be all 1st time passes. Also candidates that have a strong level change within Financial Services in the above area. If you are from an Internal Audit, Big 4 or FSA background, this will be looked upon favourably.
