They are ideally looking to hire a recent or soon to be graduate who has a very strong computing or mathematical based academic record (2.1/1.1 and AAA-BBB), however some commercial experience is applicable. This person will join the business as a trading software analyst, and have the opportunity to build their career with the company in a specialised field over time.
