A global manufacturer within the chemicals/packaging industry are currently seeking for a Manufacturing Manager to join them in their Derby site.
Part if the sites senior operations team, you will be responsible for strategically driving the sites manufacturing requirement aligned to global strategy, Market and Customer needs.
In order to be considered you must have the following:
5 years manufacturing experience, ideally within chemicals
An inspirational leader with a proven track record for successfully implementing change and continuous improvement.
Team player capable of working as part of a cross functional team.
Experience of Building effective teams
Experience within six sigma, TPM and lean manufacturing techniques
Degree qualified (desirable)
Professional Manufacturing Qualification desirable
The package in offer is a basic salary between £35-40k, bonus, pension and healthcare.
