As a result of some very impressive growth, I am seeking a PMO/ Programme Management Office Support officer to join my financial client based inKent. They are a market leader within finance, and as a result of some very impressive profit figures are now hiring for a PMO/ Programme Management Office Support officer to lead the project support and project financials for the multi million pound projects running through the business
This role is based inKentwith some travel toLondonrequired. Salary is circa £40k
Your role as a PMO/ Programme Management Office Support officer will include
- Working with your team internally to build very strong relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management of both the business, and the Project managers- challenging when required
- Managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies (RAID) log, updating daily with key status information from 3rd Parties, internal Stakeholders, Sponsors and Originators.
- Prepare governance packs and capture/circulate meeting minutes for key meetings & oversight committees through inputs from programme management and work stream leads
- Produce project update decks
- Ensure project & quality documentation is up-to-date
- & some ad hoc project related requirements
This is a very good role for someone who has some experienced within the PMO and projects world, who is looking to continue this development within a strong financial company
