SThree are seeking ambitious salespeople to join our Birmingham team immediately as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The role involves:
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking and referrals
- Winning new business by selling yourself and SThree over the phone to decision makers in a B2B environment
- Canvassing for new business opportunities through cold-calling
- Managing the whole interview process relaying feedback, selling candidates to clients and clients' opportunities to candidates
- Using your negotiation skills to secure and close the best deal for all parties.
Successful candidates will have:
- Sales experience (preferably targeted, commission based)
- Ambition, drive and money motivation
- Competitive nature
- The desire to forge a career for yourself
- Resilience
- 2.1 Degree (preferred, though not essential)
