HR Systems Analyst - 40-50k - City of London - Financial Services
A leading financial services organisation is currently looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join their global Reward function to provide systems support.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Reward teams to provide technical solutions
- Contribute to Reward system enhancements
- Support Reward with reporting, testing and system administration.
- Improve understanding of the systems through training as required
Key criteria:
- Degree qualified
- Good understanding for Reward processes
- Excellent technical ability including advanced Excel skills
- Experience working in a large corporate environment, international exposure is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, experience interacting with senior stakeholders
