A successful and innovative company based in Manchester are in need of a .NET Technical Architect / Team Leader to play a key role within their Software Development Team, you will be need to be able to work within a fast paced customer - focused environment.
You will come from a strong .NET Development background and have evolved into a lead/technical/solutions architect position ideally in a web development/ecommerce environment.

As the successful C# / ASP.Net Technical Architect / Team Leader will enjoy a range of responsibilities and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that strict deadlines are met and lead multiple projects, all based on the .NET Framework. You will be working on my clients enterprise project which is a complete .NET re-write for my clients, (retail) end clients (on CRM applications).
You need to be comfortable with critical analysis to spot problems with the development and come up with viable solutions and still mentor and guide the other developers to their strengths to ensure the optimum productivity is achieved.
