
We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic primary school teacher with strong classroom management to work in one of our partnership community primary school's in Preston City Centre.
The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced in teaching in KS2. This is a full time position to last until the end of the 2012-2013 academic year, and will require full participation in school life.
The school has high expectations, and are looking for a teacher to rise to the challenge of supporting and pushing the children in their learning, as well setting consistent standards in terms of behaviour and classroom management.
This role will be covering a recruitment period, and so will require the teacher to be confident from the start and be prepared to plan and assess in line with the latest KS2 frameworks and SATs requirements. This may lead to a permanent position.
This is a busy and vibrant school, so the ideal teacher will be dynamic and able to react instinctively in a high paced environment.
The class is a very progressive class, eager to learn and with an excellent behaviour record due to the strong strategies in place.
Must have:
- Qualified Teachers Status.
- Relevant up to date experience in UK schools
- Knowledge of up to date SATs requirements is desirable but not essential
