Then Role Holder's reponsibilities will be on aspects of Credit Risk including application policies and strategies, targeting and pre selection and actively develop testing strategies and implement test and learn programmes for all decision areas, developing new methodologies and approaches.
The successful applicant will be looking after 3 analysts and work as a team towards optimising credit strategy and policy for new account recruitment. Therefore some leadership experience is essential. You must have a strong SAS programming background along with a numerical (or equivalent) degree and the ability to work with large data sets.
The role holder will also be expected to present and work with Senior Level Directors and Managers so strong communication and Presentation skills are key
