The role holder will be responsible for:
- Leading a small team of analysts,
- Be responsible for developing and managing CVM MI, Planning, and List Management in the team.
- Delivering the technical and process infrastructure to support all customer portfolio and recruitment analytics
- Primarily responsible for delivery of capability and portfolio reporting
To qualify for this role, you must have the following skill profile:
- Track record in the credit card and consumer finance industry preferably in Marketing Analytics
- Excellent SQL, SAS and spreadsheet technical skills
- Knowledge of Data Warehouses
- Ability to develop customer focussed business strategies that directly grow the P&L
- Team Leader experience
