Working in a modern, bright and funky workspace near Borough Market (London Bridge), this is a Graduate role within a start-up recruitment and coaching business, run by two experienced Directors with a clear business strategy. You will be the second employee during a very exciting period of rapid growth.
In this role you will:
- Learn our business model, the recruitment consulting market and our clients needs
- Rapidly and accurately read and assess many application CV’s
- Telephone interview and assess people according to our professional and personality profile - this is a skill we will teach you
- Help with many ad-hoc and administrative tasks as we grow
- Help us to develop our selection and filtering strategy
