
My clients a Global Asset Management Company based in the City ofLondonare currently seeking a Benefits Manager, up to 55k.
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative HR Team and report directly into the Compensation and Benefits Director. As well as supporting key processes you will be entrusted with reviewing and leading the benefits programme for a global and varied population.
In this diverse and challenging role you will have the opportunity to lead as a subject expert on benefits but will also add value across a wider remit. Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage benefits offering on a global scale from sourcing offerings, managing relationships with suppliers, writing policy documentation and dealing with all staff queries.
- Lead various benefits projects including a global review - monitoring how competitive the programme is and advising and implementing continual improvements.
- Support annual compensation review including salary survey submissions
- Pensions - ongoing support and review
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate and wants to add value. They will meet the following criteria:
- Excellent benefits knowledge across all areas (pensions, lifestyle, health, risk etc)
- Interest in specialising in benefits - yet supporting a team across the compensation and benefits cycle
- International experience
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Strong educational background
- All sector background considered
