SAP HCM Business Analyst - London - upto £55k plus Bonus and Benefits
SAP HCM Business Analyst required by a City-based Services Firm. As a SAP HCM Business Analyst you will be working within a strong Delivery Team made up of 17 members, and alongside a finance team of 4. You will be primarily responsible for third line support, continuous improvement work, and new international company set up, therefore providing numerous opportunities to get involved in strategic projects.
Candidates must have 5+ years in a SAP HCM role (ECC5 or above), 4+ years in a Third Line Support role, and involvement in multiple full project lifecycle implementations. Payroll Schema experience is also required.
Strong communication skills, adaptability and a Customer focus is paramount. Candidates are also required to operate in an independent, proactive and methodical manner under pressured circumstances.
Desirable SAP skills include Compensation Management, Employee and Manager Self Service, knowledge of integration points with FI/CO, Benefits Managament and New Company Set Up, although the latter are not prerequisites.
