Software Manager

Software Manager - C/C++ software development - Permanent - Berkshire Due to a number of key projects due to be released, my client is looking to recruit a Software Manager to manage the delivery of a number of new product developments. As a Software Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a team of software engineers and be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams from software, firmware, electronics and mechanical design engineers. Although your management skills will be put to the test, we prefer someone who can remain technically hands on and be responsible for C/C++ software development to a high standard. As such, we need you to have proven experience in:

• C/C++ software development (from low level embedded to high level application software development)
• full software development lifecycle experience
• project management experience
• people management skills
• educated to degree level
• consumer electronics background preferred
