NHS 111 is the new telephone service which aims to make it easier for people to access healthcare services when they need medical help fast, but it's not a life-threatening situation.Business Analyst - Interim - Length of contract 4 months
Responsible for the day to day core activities that fall within its key functions:
- Business Analysis
- Data Integrity
- Reporting
- Platform Development
- MI
These functions support the service and the interim will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to ensure the facilities provided by the 111 team meet the requirements of Commissioners, external and internal stakeholders throughout local NHS directorates.
The post holder will work with Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Directors of Commissioning, Performance Leads, 111 providers and across the Urgent Care Networks, ensuring true and accurate analysis is completed in order to inform and support these areas
The post holder will have the technical understanding of the role, ensuring that requirements are correctly interpreted and translated into technical specifications to be delivered; ensuring processes are in place to ensure on going data integrity. Experience of;
- Cognos
- Pivot Tables
- TSQL
- SSIS (& MDX)
- Reporting 2008/12 (preferred)
The post-holder will also give support to the 111 management team and contribute to the delivery by helping to resolve complex queries, issues/problems where there maybe a range of solutions
