Production Support Manager

Production Support Manager - Banking - London - £600-650/day

Our client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank, are currently looking for a Production Support Manager to work in their London office on a long-term contract basis.

The role is within Finance IT and the Production Support Manager will be managing the Production Support team consisting of technical staff, providing support for regulatory reporting business users globally.

The successful Production Support Manager candidate will have the following:

- Experience of Managing Support teams

- Proven track record of defining support processes, driving implementation and making a difference in an investment banking IT environment

- Understanding of complex infrastructures, Finance and Front Office trading systems

- Experiencing supporting reporting systems and infrastructures. Understanding of investment bank front and back office process flows, including those from upstream and downstream systems

- Expert user and sound knowledge of Control-M, SQL, Oracle, Sybase, Windows and Unix
