Complaints Reporting & MI Manager
Real Staffing is currently working closely with our client to assist them in the recruitment of an additional Senior Manager to join their Performance and Insight team.
Within the role, you will be responsible for defining, developing and managing their reporting and analysis structure primarily for complaints reporting and commercial analysis. You will lead analysis on the findings to provide predictive insight to key stakeholders across the business that will allow performance uplift in the future.
To excel in this role, you need to be able to offer a background in MI in a financial / banking organisation, ideally with prior experience of complaints handling and TCF. You will have excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills and have the ability to analyse data and provide relevant and innovative insight.
Prior experience managing people with knowledge of Business Intelligence Suites eg. SAS, Cognos, Teradata, SQL would be beneficial.
