Location: Buckinghamshire

Leading company in the maintenance and refurbishment of Rail vehicles seeks lead engineer to work in a customer facing role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with excellent structural knowledge to join theUK's fastest growing Transport Industry.

You will be joining a fast growing company with a strong order book and plans for further team expansion in the next 12-24 months.

In this senior position you will ensure that the mechanical and structural engineering requirements of projects are successfully specified and then delivered, minimizing vehicle downtime for the customer.

Career motivated? This is a stand alone role currently and you will operate in a senior position as the subject matter expert for structural changes and repairs to vehicles. The role then has further opportunity for development in line with the current growth plans and may go onto to lead a small team.

Additional to this you will require the following skills/experience to undertake this position:

- Degree in mechanical engineering

- Stress Analysis experience

- FEA Understanding & Software experience
