Urgent role; Sales Manager to be based in Sweden for my client; a well known power cable manufacturer for the global offshore, onshore, energy and distribution markets. They have seen significant growth recently in Europe and are now looking to expand greatly over the coming years to develop their already sterling reputation.

The position is Sales Manager to be based in Sweden and will be home based with a fair portion of travel, this is a very client facing role. The business does have offices in Sweden and you may be expected to work out of these from time to time, the line manager for this role will be based out of Sweden so this will not be imperative. A salary from €55K - €70K based on experience + a maximum 40% bonus is available for the perfect candidate.

You will need to have been involved in power cabling sales for at least 3 years with knowledge of LV+ MV cables. This role will be selling in to the Energy sector with a 50/50 split between end user sales and distribution. You will need to have had a client facing role that involves presenting at board level or senior management level.

A strong background in Engineering is essential and you will need to have a Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, an MBA will be highly advantageous. If you have a technical background or experience to a technical level; my client will also be very interested in this.

You will need to be self motivated, passionate about hitting targets and winning new business and also keen to work in a fast paced environment that involves thinking on your feet and adapting to constantly changing situations. You will need to be based in Sweden; relocation will be applicable however a knowledge of the country will be needed.

This is an autonomous role that will see you managing your own accounts and winning new contracts across Sweden and further a field in time. You will report in to the VP of Sales for the Energy sector.
