
I am currently recruiting for a PMO for a one year fixed term contract at one of my top clients who are based in the Surrey.
Salary £35-40k plus bens

Job Summary: To provide and maintain the standards and processes to be followed by the Project Management Team. To provide tools to be used within the PM team to achieve consistent, quality approach within all projects. To assist with the effective management of delivery projects. To analyse and review project data to improve delivery
Responsibilities:
Define, improve and maintain the standard for Project Management within the Company, including management policies, processes, methods and tools.
Provide guidance, documentation, and metrics related to the practices involved in managing and implementing projects within the organisation.
Monitor progress and complete regular reports on milestone targets and overall Project status including producing ad hoc analysis and reports on delivery project management.
Perform detailed analysis of delivery data to ensure consistency within Delivery and to inform an improvement programme
Oversee Risks and Issues management, maintain the risks and issues database and provide updates to the Risk Review Board.
Oversee Change management and manage the Change Control board.
Review performance against the Project Quality Targets.
Analyse and report Delivery Team performance on key metrics - Timesheet and Utilisation
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
*2 years experience as a Project Co-ordinator or similar role.
*Advanced MS Office skills.
*Experienced in Sharepoint
*Good understanding of Prince2 processes.
*Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects
*Ability to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations
*Verbal and written communication skills; including communicating with technical and non-technical clients and staff at all organizational levels.
*Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis of data and make recommendations based on this data
