Java Developer - Senior / Lead (Java J2EE / JEE)
Hands-on Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead required by a global software house. You will be leading a small agile team consisting 8 developers, overseeing the execution of object orientated software design and development .
The successful candidate will have the following skills;
- Strong core Java design and Java EE experience
- Experience with JSP, XML, XSL and XSLT
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies (ideally experience leading a Scrum of around 8 developers)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-management experience (ie appraisals etc)
