My client, a global organisation with an instantly recognisable brand, is seeking an Interim HR Consultant to join the team and support the design of a business wide multi-level competency framework which will integrate with a new learning, performance and talent management system.
This is an interesting role in a supportive, collaborative team where you will use your influencing skills to work closely with business to map and consolidate existing frameworks and design an advanced competency framework that can be used business wide.
Design an advanced competency framework that will be used business wide.
Work to consolidate existing frameworks and ensure the new framework integrates with the new Talent management system.
Conduct mapping of competencies, business roles as well as learning assets.
Analysing and implementing methods of assessment and recording these on the new system.
Working with and engaging stakeholders throughout the process
Providing expertise and consultancy support to HR Business Partners
Ensure that HR professionals and learning academies are fully trained with the new system.
Able to design and implement company wide competency frameworks on a large scale.
Able to integrate such frameworks into a complex learning, performance and talent management system.
Experience in Cloud deployment is preferable.
