Servicedesk Analyst / Helpdesk Technician / 1st Line Support - London 3-6 months

My client based in Essexurgently seeks a 1st line support specialist on a 3-6 months contract with the view to extend. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to build up with portfolio with diverse technical skills.

Key skills:

* Previous use of XP/7/Office2010/Active directory/basic IT skills.

* Good Technical Methodology

* Minimum of 6 months experience

* Experience in user access administration and software support

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

* Proven analytical and problem solving skills

* Strong familiarity with MS Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Active Directory

* Proven ability to clarify, understands, and follow directions
