This role will be reporting into the Senior Reward Manager and will be working within a team environment.
You will act as an expert advisor working with key stakeholders from across the business and on an international scale; helping to implement and communicate the reward initiatives including incentive schemes as well as advising on policies and processes.
You will be heavily involved in total compensation for the business and will be an active member of conducting market reviews, salary reviews and benchmarking exercises, including offering recommendations and advice to the wider business.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, have a good understanding of compensation procedures with advanced excel skills and experience working with large volumes of data on HR Systems (Peoplesoft, Oracle Populous etc).
