- Active research of new and strategic custom moulding business opportunities

- Management of the existing and future custom moulding key accounts

- Commercial negotiations with the potential customers

- Preparation of the complete commercial offers and tenders including the respective tender documentation

- Organisation of the trainings and company presentations

- Marketing activities as the participation on the trade fairs, dedicated exhibitions, customers open days, etc.

- Responsibility for the annual and monthly budgets and targets

- Active cooperation with the other company departments, but mainly RND and Marketing departments

- Reporting to the Sales Director Europe


- University degree ideally but will be flexible if candidates have the industry experience required.

- Large experience with the management of the successful and key custom moulding projects from the PE rotomoulding industry (will be presented during the interviews)

- Working in the custom moulding sales environment for at least 5 years
