In-House Recruitment Manager
Real Staffing is currently working closely with one of our key banking clients to assist them in the recruitment of an additional team member for their in-house recruitment team.
They are looking for someone who offers proven experience in the design and delivery of resourcing solutions ideally in both volume and specialist functions. You will be able to build and optimise relationships with internal and external specialists to understand market data, best practice and emerging trends and identify and manage objectives to avoid significant risks to delivery of manpower plan for business area and ensure agreed KPI's/SLA's are achieved - including fulfilment targets, time to hire, quality and cost control metrics where appropriate.
If you have significant in-house experience, or alternative transferable skills from an RPO then this could be the role for you. Financial services experience is not a pre-requisite.
