HR Headcount cost forecasting Team Manager Banking London

I am seeking a strong Team leader/ team manager to join this strong thriving HR Headcount cost forecasting team at this retail banking giant. You will be running both the team, and truly good MI analysis as well as process analytic and change improvements across all HR/ Headcount/ people/ ost information and the forecasting pipeline from this. In term for your strong relationship, and change process skills, you will be joining a thriving team in the midst of some very interesting change and challenges.

Derails: This is a permenent role, based in central London with a salary of circa £45-55k plus bonus and benefits

This strong Bank have invested multiple millions into their own client technology system, and you will be at the forefront of continuing this development. Your role will be to look at the millions of rows of data used by the team, to bring improvements and change to the processes used, and bring your strategic analysis skills to see how the data could be gained, used, assessed, and distributed better across this retail banking giant

This role would suit either someone from a technical background within SQL Server/ Business Objects. Excel, who has strong analytical skills and is looking to move into a team leadership/ management role, or someone who is a senior business analyst team leader/ manager, but works on technical projects or studied a technical degree which included SQL Server/ Business Objects etc
