I am looking for a ROV Sales Manager to be home based in theUKwith a large portion of national travel. A salary of £50K - £60K + an excellent bonus structure and package is in place. This really is a great opportunity to drive a rapidly growing company from the front!

The role will be strictly autonomous and will cover theUKand certain European countries as their business grows. You can be based anywhere in the UK with weekly or monthly visits to my clients offices in the North of England however you will need to have experience working remotely. The role is with in a small yet rapidly growing cable installer and ROV company that have aggressive expansion plans and a strong business model to back this up.

You will report in to the Sales Director and work closely with the Commercial team. You will be focusing your attention on new business as there will be very little account management. The primary objective for this role is to increase new business and to grow my client's presence across the UK Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas sectors. You will need to have a detailed knowledge of ROV's and come from a strong engineering background.

You will be putting significant work in to bidding and tendering for projects, as well as getting in front of clients and developing relationships. You will need to know many of the main industry players and have good existing contacts in the Offshore Wind or Oil & Gas sectors. My client's projects run from 1 month - 1 year with much work coming from extensions of contracts. This role will have a strong emphasis on continuous client relationships and customer service.

This really is an urgent requirement for my client as they need the right candidate in the role immediately, you will need to be self motivated, commercially astute, have experience of a solutions sale and have experience working in an autonomous role previously. It is important that you are comfortable with a high amount ofUKand international travel.
