Oracle HR/Payroll Application support - Contract

Mandatory Skills

The post-holder must have the following skills:-
*Well versed in UK Payroll Legislation
*5 years minimum business experience in a HR/Payroll environment
*Proven functional experience of a HR / Payroll system
*Ability to mentor inexperienced team members
*Problem solving, investigative and analytical skills
*Customer communication skills, both verbal and written
*Ability to prioritise
*Negotiation & persuasion skills
*Ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
*Providing politically sensitive answers/solutions to issues as necessary

Ideally the post holder will have the following knowledge / experience of one or all of the following:

*Leading a team
*Oracle HRMS functional implementation experience and proven in depth knowledge of HRMS and related modules (Payroll, HR, Recruitment, OLM, SSHR, Talent Management, Discoverer, Fast Formula)
*Working knowledge of HR Database Schema and related SQL skills to interrogate the database.
*3rd Party Interface experience
*1st/2nd Line Support experience
*Use of Remedy
*Oracle BPEL
