A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading commercial bank based in the city ofLondon. This bank are embarking on a number of new initiatives to improve their Customer Relationship Management systems and the effective reporting of CRM sales information to senior management.

With these new initiatives being in place a superb opportunity for a technical business analyst has arisen. This Business Analyst would be responsible for enhancing and developing the current CRM Platform. Being responsible for ensuring the data captured within the system is golden and ensuring that the reporting of this data is both accurate and fully meeting the business requirements.

To carry out this role this Technical Business Analyst would be expected to be involved in a high amount of data modelling (ERD) design, transforming logical models into physical models and analysing the data flows within the models/system. They will work closely with the business to understand business requirements to produce functional, technical and data designs for the platform.

This technical Business Analyst would be expected to have an understanding of data warehousing concepts with excellent data analysis database schema design. They would act as a subject matter expert for data model designs and have knowledge of SSIS and Procedural SQL.
