This opportunity is looking for an experienced Service Delivery manager to drive change and expansion, on a global scale, within the CRM Team. You will be responsible for developing a full set of support services, so this is a great opportunity to make a huge impact on the company and develop a team in which you can be the complete driving force behind.

Once in this role, you will have multiple major responsibilities which will primarily involve leading the team on a global scale, and ensure that your team provide the best service possible. For this, you will need to have hands on experience leading a team, either within the UK, or out. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, and there are a large number of stakeholders in which you will have to have a lot of experience in.

For this role, you need to have experience in:

- Leading a team

- A solid background in Service Delivery within an investment bank

Ideally you will have (this isn't necessary):

- Built a team out from scratch

For this role, the client will be paying a highly competitive VP level salary, and will be eligible for bonus and benefits.
