Market leading Global Law firm seeks HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations experience to join the London HR Team within their global headquarters on a permanent basis.
My client is one of the most respected and recognised Law firms in the world and they are looking for an experienced, professional HR Advisor to take ownership of all Employee Relations issues across a key function within the business.
Within the role you will act as the lead HR contact on all ER issues across the business group and will also have the opportunity to provide a generalist HR advisory service to a dedicated client group within the business.
Working directly with managers and senior stakeholders you will provide an expert advisory service on complex employee relations issues including:
*Advising on policies and best practice procedure.
*Acting as case manager for absence management, performance management, long term absence and long term sickness.
*Managing complex ER casework including disciplinaries and grievances.
*Coaching managers on correct process and providing expert guidance.
*Ensuring regulatory compliance and up-to-date understanding of UK Employment law.
Sitting within the wider HR Team the role holder will also have the opportunity to get involved in various ad-hoc projects and interesting HR initiatives.
My client is looking for a professional and personable candidate with proven HR Generalist and Employee Relations experience.
You will thrive on responsibility and will need to be relatively autonomous in practice, with the ability to make decisions, conduct interviews and deal with demanding clients independently. This position sits within a very friendly, proactive team who will aid your development and provide support and advice when needed.
