SuperbOpportunityfor a HR Business Partner to undertake a role with a real mix of strategy and operations within FS.

My clients' are a global bank based inCanaryWharf. They currently have a requirement for a HR Business Partner to join the team.

Reporting to a Senior HR Manager, you will work with a senior level client group and will really get involved in aiding business leaders to meet key objectives through the strategic and innovative use of people resources. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify areas where HR can add value, and to lead solutions in support of strategic goals and improving organisational performance.

You will be collaborate with the business to fully understand the key business performance issues, objectives and drives, and associated people requirements for both the current and future business challenges.

Additional key areas of responsibility will be:

* Leadership development

* Performance management

* Change management

* Organisational Development

* Recruitment

* Employee relations

Candidates should have gained experience as a HR Business Partner in financial services or a large corporate organisation.
