KYC Client on boarding Service Manager/ Operational client relationship manager

I am seeking an analyst/manager who can optimise the level of service provided to the KYC Client on boarding business of this investment banking giant based inCanaryWharf. This role is a highly unique combination of you data analysis skills, your commercial business analyst skills to look at opportunities for improvements, and your service analyst/ service management skills where you will be interfacing up to the COO, and across the KYC Client on boarding business, to look at the profitability, the operational processes, and the commercial ability of the KYC Client on boarding to bring improvements

This is a great role for someone from a consultancy, a KYC Client on boarding background or potentially even a Service Manager/ Operational client relationship manager who is looking for a role where you will have more ownership and visibility up to the business

This is a permenent role, based inCanaryWharfwith a salary of £40,000- £60000

Requirements

  • Strong data analyst skills- including interrupting data and making recommendations based on it
  • Commercial business analysis skills- so looking at the processes, procedures, methodologies and technologies used by the KYC On boarding business- and the ability to look at the cost benefit analysis of improving these
  • Strong service/ client supporting skills where you can demonstrate that you have optimized the service provided to your customers
  • Knowledge of KYC/ On boarding will be highly beneficial
