This isn't your average training programme. It doesn't pay to waste time in this industry. We believe in letting you progress as soon as you're ready. Although you'll receive a training plan on your first day, it's flexible. It all depends on how you develop.
Successful consultants quickly understand that organisation and routine are very important. Customer calls need to be made every day. Your active candidate lists must continuously be updated. This isn't optional, but essential.
But it's not all routine. Infact, for a trainee, no two days are the same. Adaptability and the ability to multi-task are essential. On any given day you could be juggling cold-calling for new business, arranging and managing interviews, then searching for new candidates for live jobs. This means your dayplan will need to be organised and structured - but also flexible enough to prioritise and adapt.
The markets we operate in require strong networking skills. You'll need to identify, profile and source new candidates. Then you need to build strong relationships with them. This can be as simple as keeping in touch with clients and candidates we have previously worked with, working through our database, or using business media tools.
Targets are a big part of our culture. We understand what it takes for a consultant to be successful and the targets are like your road map. Deliver against them and you'll achieve your end goal.
