Job Title: Bid Co-Ordinator
Job Type: Full time, permanent

The Green Recruitment Company is representing the highways division of a major
engineering consultancy. This is a multinational multidisciplinary consultancy
with major long-term contracts in the UK.
The Role: The Bid Co-Ordinator will be
responsible for collating and managing the forward programme, identifying
schemes that contribute to the programme, in close cooperation with the Asset
Champions and the Programme Development Manager. The successful candidate will
also prepare the annual bid for HA funds and receive the allocation, revising
the forward programme as necessary, overall acting as the focal point for HE
bid advice. Specifically:
‘lean’, continual improvement and innovation
to development of company asset ‘centre of excellence’
collaboratively across contract teams and with HA’s Asset Development Team
and experience of highways asset sectors, exhibiting PAS 55 competences,
providing services for customers.
3 years in a network (highways) management environment, with understanding and
practical knowledge of problem identification, development of solutions,
planning and delivery.
and experience of programme management, including associated risk management.
to business-led decisions in the management of the asset.
under a quality management system, learning from the audit regime.
of network strategies.
of HA business planning and systems, including involvement in the value
management bidding process securing funding for studies and schemes.
