This is a great opportunity to lead a small team and drive both Lateral and Graduate recruitment processes across a global remit.
As a trusted advisor to the business you will have the chance to shape this organisation's international resourcing strategies. Working in this complex business you will manage a variety of senior stakeholder relationships internally and externally delivering across:
Global Lateral Recruitment -ultimate responsibility for the end to end recruitment lifecycle for hires across a variety of business areas
Global Graduate Recruitment - oversight of international strategy and coordination for fulltime graduates, vacation schemes, internships
Team management - mentoring, daily management and performance management of direct reports
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Ideally a solid blend of Graduate and Lateral Recruitment experience (at least a seasoned professional in either or)
Proven team management experience
Global recruitment experience gained in a large, complex, best practice environment (Professional/Financial Services advantageous yet non essential)
Excellent stakeholder management skills
