A primary school in Hackney are currently seeking to appoint dynamic, hard working teaching assistants on a long term basis from September.
The ideal candidate must be able to support pupils with special educational needs in a mainstream setting. You will be based both in and out of the classroom and offer 1 to 1 and group support. You will also work alongside the SENco/inclusion manager and also the parents of the children you work with.
A good understanding and previous experience of SEN, good interpersonal skills, communication skills and numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
All applicants must meet Randstad Education's strict recruitment criteria and hold an enhanced Criminal Record Bureau Disclosure. Experience of working with primary aged children school for a period of more than 1 year is essential and you must be able to provide references to account for your experience.
