SERVICE DELIVERY TEAM LEADER/ MANAGER ITIL -
Progressive are currently seeking a permanent Service Desk Manager/ Team Leader for a major international end user organisation based in Surrey. The role will involve team leading/ managing a team of service desk analysts in an ITIL environment. You will be maanging a team of individuals up to 3rd line level.
Candidates must be wiling to maintain a hands on approach to support, but also take an overall ownership of:
- Incident Management.
- Problem Management.
- Change Control.
- Configuration management.
In order to be considered you must have experience in a similar role, and be ITIL v3 certified (foundation minimum) and come from a technical background ideally with one of the following certifications: MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, RHCE, VCP. Financial servcies experience preferred.
