A small school within the Warrington area that caters for pupils aged 4-19 with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder and other complex medical needs.
All children at this school will have a statement of SEN. As such the school has small class sizes to ensure optimum pupil to teacher ratio in order support with the pupils with there varying needs. Pupils are grouped according to their primary learning need. Pupils are well supported in their learning by a team of highly trained staff.
- The post is teaching KS3/4 SEN students where knowledge of teaching a lower key stage is essential.
- Experience of teaching PMLD/ASD students is essential.
- Experience of working within a specialist SEN setting is essential.
