The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to represent a leading development and infrastructure consultancy. This is a UK wide consultancy with multiple offices in the EU offering services in Energy, Environment, Geotechnics, Sustainability, Planning & Development, Transport, Waste Management and Water Management. They are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing team in the East Midlands.


The Role:


The Senior Civil Engineer will be involved in a range of projects in a multi-disciplinary capacity. These projects span residential, commercial and infrastructure development and redevelopment.



Responsibilities:


• Providing technical input on land development projects including during the design process
• Acting as project manager and technical lead
• Supervising work of and supporting junior members of the team
• Training junior members of the team
• Support the higher management staff
• Liaise with clients, other professionals and other teams on relevant aspects of the projects



Person Specification:


• Chartered (CEng.) (or working towards)
• Have relevant professional qualifications
• Experience in drainage, roads and utilities design
• Experience of being in a senior role – supervising and leading teams
• A background in a multi-disciplinary engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience of using WINDES
